Simple and clear. May be in one of your blogs you can suggest in which form you get these molecules - such as resveratrol, quercetin, pterostilbene, berberine, astaxanthin, turmeric, green tea or EGCG, NAD stimulators like Nicotinamide Riboside, DHA from omega 3 - directly ( which foods) or as supplements ( suggest brands, dosages for men and women and different age groups.
